We just moved here and didnt realize that the housing here already has a washer and dryer.


The white dryer is in excellent condition - 2005 Estate by Whirlpool with 6.5 cu ft Super Capacity with 5 cycles.


The white washer also in excellent condition is a 2009 Kenmore 400 with 3.2 CU FT capacity top-load. Manual is available with purchase receipt and warranty.





I am asking $400 for both.
