Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Alaska has received additional funding under the American Reinvestment and Recover Act (ARRA) and is currently seeking retired federal annuitants with prior federal experience in Contracting.
Duties will be performing contract administration to include synopsizing, recommending for award, and subsequently administering a variety of complex contractual actions related ARRA. Additional duties may involve project briefings, reporting, and funding related activities related to specific agency requirements of ARRA. Prior experience as a contracting officer with specific experience with construction and complex type contracting vehicles is strongly preferred.
As a re-employed annuitant under ARRA, your salary will not be offset by your federal annuity and you are eligible to earn annual and sick leave.
