Move-outs/Evictiions Cleaning/ Basic House Cleaning/Apartment Building Cleaning

For a flate rate of $75.00 I can provide you with the basic house cleaning that needs to be done. The basic service would include: 1-3 bedrooms/2baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, Sweeping washing of floors, vacuuming, washing/wiping counters, Appliances-inside and out, Inside of Windows/outside windows,(as long as I can reach) any furniture that needs dusting/wiped clean and floor baseboards.

I also offer Move out services. My rates do vary depending on the depth of the job.The price would start @ $85.00 for a simple move out cleaning, 125.00 for a more in depth cleaning, 175.00 for a severe cleaning. Everything will be cleaned up based on your needs and I always go above and beyond to get the job done. All basic cleaning + walls, behind and under appliances, basically everything that is expected when a tenet moves out.

I also am offer inside apartment building cleaning as well. This service provides the cleaning of the inside of the building. Making sure walls and fixtures are clean, vacuuming/sweeping walk areas in the building, if laundy room is present that area will also be cleaned and garbage picked up.
The rate for this service starts at $75.00 and goes up to $200.00 based on size of building and depth of cleaning

I do not do carpet cleaning at this time.
