“Is the piano hard to learn?” This is a common concern with most beginners considering whether or not to learn how to play piano. The answer really depends on the student and there approach to learning.
When a student begins playing piano, they have a lot of information to decipher. The hardest part is setting aside the time to practice. Piano is really not to hard. If you are a child that starts playing at a young age it is much easier to learn and develop many styles of music. This is because they have had many years to develop there technique and theoretical knowledge. For an adult beginner this might not be as easy because it has not been instilled in you since a young age. It is easier for an adult to learn chords and progressions rather then it would be to train an adult in classical music.
Two main areas that PMJ Studio and Productions focuses on are learning notes and learning rhythm. Learning notes can be a difficult concept to grasp at first however, it is very attainable if you put you mind and time into it. Rhythm can also be difficult to grasp, so people and especially young children do not have natural rhythm. This is also a very attainable if you practice each day and really set your mind to it.
Here at PMJ Studio and Productions believe that with the right teacher, right attitude and a stress free and fun learning environment playing piano can be easy and fun to learn.
